About Our Coach

Shila graduated in 2017 from Huntington University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She has worked in different areas of health and wellness from personal training, research, and publishing in the International Journal of Exercise Physiology. She enjoys helping others become more healthy and confident as they reach their wellness goals. In her spare time she enjoys strength training, spending time with her family, and walking her two dogs.
