Dr. Brenda O’Hara has been a familyphysician for 21 years. She has practicedfamily medicine in Fort Wayne and inIndianapolis and is a Professor at theIndiana University School of Medicine atFort Wayne. Dr. O’Hara was CEO of FortWayne Medical Education prior to joiningParkview FirstCare.Dr. O’Hara is a graduate of IndianaUniversity School of Medicine and did herresidency at Fort Wayne Medical EducationProgram. She has also completed aFellowship in Academic Family Medicineat the University of North Carolina and is aFellow of the American Academy of FamilyPhysicians.Dr. O’Hara has received numerous awardsat the Indiana University School of Medicineincluding Outstanding Clinical Teacherand IUPUI Outstanding Female Facultymember. While at IU School of Medicine,she authored or co-authored eight articlespublished in family medicine educationjournals. She has been selected by Castle-Connolly Company as one of America’s TopDoctors every year for the past five years.
Amanda has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University. She has worked as a wellness coach since 2007 and has worked with school wellness programs in both Indianapolis and Fort Wayne for over six years. Her passion for health and wellness has helped her become engaged with individuals in helping them make positive changes in their overall well-being. Amanda is a certified Health and Wellness Coach, Freedom from Smoking Facilitator and American Heart Association First Aid and CPR instructor as well as a certified group exercise, Pilates and Zumba instructor. She believes that it is important to build strong relationships with each and every coaching participant and loves to watch them achieve their goals!
Shila graduated in 2017 from Huntington University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She has worked on different areas of health and wellness from personal training, research, and publishing in the International Journal of Exercise Physiology. She enjoys helping others become more healthy and confident as they reach their wellness goals. In her spare time she enjoys strength training, spending time with her family, and walking her two dogs.
